Cancellation Policy
Fees are based on how far in advance you cancel before your scheduled pickup time.
More than 12 hours before pickup
FreeCancel at no charge. A full refund will be issued.
3 – 12 hours before pickup
$30.00A $30 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
Less than 3 hours before pickup
$40.00A $40 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
No-show
$50.00If you fail to appear at the pickup location, a $50 no-show fee applies.
Important Notes
- •All times are calculated based on Pacific Time (PT).
- •Refunds are processed manually by our team and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
- •Only confirmed or driver-assigned bookings can be cancelled. Completed bookings are not eligible for cancellation.
