Nature of the Service
The Company operates as a platform connecting passengers with independent third-party drivers. The Company does not provide transportation services directly. The transportation contract is between the passenger and the driver/service provider.
Booking & Pricing
Prices are generally fixed and shown before booking. The total may include taxes, tolls, and waiting time. Incorrect booking details may result in additional charges.
Cancellations & Changes
Free cancellation is typically available up to 1 hour before pickup. Late cancellations may be charged in full. Changes to bookings may affect pricing and availability.
Waiting Time
Airport pickups include approximately 60 minutes of free waiting time; non-airport rides include about 15 minutes. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must provide accurate details, be on time, and behave appropriately. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and applicable charges.
Payments
Payments are processed through the platform. Additional costs such as waiting time or route changes may be added.
Liability, Independent Contractor & Responsibility
The Company is a technology platform only and does not own, operate, or control vehicles. All drivers are independent contractors. The driver is solely responsible for safety, compliance with laws, vehicle condition, insurance, and any incidents including accidents, injuries, or damages. The passenger acknowledges that all risks associated with the ride are assumed by the passenger.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any damages, including personal injury, death, property loss, delays, or service issues. All liability rests with the driver or their insurer.
Claims & Disputes
Any claims or legal actions must be directed to the driver or their company. The Company is not a party to such disputes.
Indemnification
The passenger agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising from use of the platform or rides.
Prohibited Behavior
Passengers must not damage vehicles, endanger drivers, or violate laws. Violations may result in charges or legal action.
