Liability, Platform Disclaimer & Passenger Acknowledgment

Platform Status
The Company operates solely as a technology platform and booking intermediary and does not provide transportation services. All transportation services are performed by independent third-party drivers or transportation providers. The Company does not own, operate, manage, or control any vehicles or drivers and does not employ drivers.
Passenger Acknowledgment
By using the platform and booking a ride, the passenger expressly acknowledges and agrees that the transportation service is provided entirely by the Service Provider, not the Company. The Company acts only as a facilitator of booking and payment. The Service Provider is solely responsible for safety, compliance with laws, accidents, injuries, damages, vehicle condition, and maintaining valid insurance coverage.
Assumption of Risk
The passenger knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with transportation services provided by third-party drivers, including accidents, injuries, death, or property damage.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, accidents, loss of property, delays, or service issues. All liability rests solely with the driver or their insurer.
No Responsibility for Driver Conduct
The Company does not supervise or control drivers and is not responsible for driver negligence, misconduct, vehicle safety, or compliance with laws.
Claims & Legal Responsibility
Any claims, disputes, or legal actions must be brought directly against the Service Provider and/or their insurance provider. The Company is not a party to such claims.
Waiver of Claims
By using the platform, the passenger waives any and all claims against the Company related to transportation services.
Indemnification
The passenger agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from use of the platform or any ride booked.
